My time at the Jerusalem Gold Hotel could not have been more special..Ariela and her staff attend to every detail of your stay! I met the wonderful chef who prepared delicious dishes with extraordinary flair! The people at the front desk were also extremely friendly and accomodated my request for a hair dryer as I had forgotten mine. The hotel is extremely clean and a perfect location...Ariela I will always treasure my time spent in Jerusalem, you are a perfect hostess!! Thank you.

Greetings from us in Holland. I hope you remember us from last year (oct/nov 20, 2008) we stayed for 2 nights in your wonderful hotel and after that we went to guesthoud Ein Gedi. This year we will be visiting Israel again from 06-11 till 15-11and will be staying in Tel Aviv in hotel Bell. But one cannot visit Israel without visiting beautiful Jerusalem! We will be travelling by bus and since the busstation is so close to your hotel we cannot pass the hotel without saying hello. If this is oke with you and you have time in the morning, we would like to see you again and just say hello. You where so kind to us and because of this Jerusalem has a warm and special place in our hearts. We can send you an email one day before visiting Jerusalem. I just want to say that I spent four beautiful days in Jerualem, and in your fantastic Jerusalem Gold Hotel. And I would like to tell you a very nice experience that happend to me last Thursday, on September 17 Th by the Kotel or Western Wall in the old City of Jerusalem. I was there visiting this special place at 22:00 aprox. I visited and touch the Wall,said a little pray, and I turned back out of the praying zone, just behind the partition near the Wall. And there man could take pictures (except on "Shabat"  , talk quietly, etc. And the parties for the new year 5.770 began to start. There were many people beginning the celebrations. And, suddenly, a 10 years old boy came to me, and gave me a sweet with a little paper stappled on and said to me: "Shana tova metukva"....of course I didn't understand him and I reply him: "Sorry but I don't still undersant hebrew!!!", and then he answered: "Oh, sorry....Happy New Year!!!", and then he went..... I stayed a few seconds in a nice "shock", and after this I walk to reach him and said "Thank you very much. God bless you". This is the most beatifull thing that happens to me in Jerusalem and I keep the sweet with the stappled paper as the greatest treasure I have....

I am writing to let you know how much I enjoyed my stay at the Jerusalem Gold Hotel. The staff and services were excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffets consisted of a variety of home-made dishes and the fruits and juices were very fresh. The internet service worked very well and was worth the small charge required. The room was well-appointed and very clean and the bathroom had very modern fixtures. I have done extensive travel in Europe and Latin America and can attest to the fact that your hotel exceeds other hotels in all areas. Many thanks for your services and I will see you next year in Jerusalem!

We stayed at your hotel last week. Mar.25-27/09 We had a great time. Your hotel was quaint, clean, good location, very comfortable, great hospitality, and food was delicious. It was a trip of a life time, and we came back with wonderful memories.
